Development Control Planner

My client are looking for a Development Control Planner with the following skills and experience:-

Development control experience
of effective consultation techniques
Eligible for chartered membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute and or other/professional qualification.
Detailed knowledge of relevant Town Planning legislation, practice and government guidance.
A high level of analytical, verbal and numeric reasoning skills.

You may at times be asked to work outside normal office hours to attend committees and/or other meetings.

This role will be for 22 hours per week and is based in Central Bromley.
