Destination Specialist (Sales)

Salary: £26,000 per year

Direct Response are delighted to be supporting our fantastic company in the beautiful city of bath who are keen in seeing a destination specialist to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is a crucial role within the business where you will be responsible for managing a clients journey from initial enquiries through to completion of booking and deposit.

This would ideally suit someone who has previously worked in sales, enjoy working to targets and take advantage of the excellent commission scheme on offer.

Key Duties:

* Communicating with clients from initial enquiry right through to completion of booking and taking of deposit.

* Liaising and answering client enquiries on the telephone, email and live chat

* Creating bespoke events and packages.

* Working towards monthly and quarterly targets.

* Ensuring clients receive the best choices available to them and experience a friendly, responsive and excellent customer service at all times.

The role is a permanent role working Monday to Friday Salary: £26,000 depending on experience with uncapped commission on top.
