Our client, a leading provider of information, is also one of the UK’s fastest growing technology companies. With solutions covering research and analysis, compliance and lead generation, this fast paced organisation delivers everything from historical financials through to industry reports and benchmarking. Their high-level screening functionality allows for in-depth analysis and access to an ever-growing portfolio of data, intelligence and filings. Due to their ongoing commitment to existing users, they now have an exciting opening for an Account Manager to join their Central London based operation.

As an experienced Account Manager your primary tasks require you to:

• Own a growing account base
• Lead all account renewals, identify and close opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell and further strengthen relationships with savvy users of business information
• Manage accounts form financial services institutions to large technology companies,Europewide
• Deliver numerous client facing, account planning meetings on a weekly basis
• Take responsibility for everything retention based

Sales applicants will:

• Need to be able to demonstrate a minimum of 3-4+ year’s proven account management experience, managing transactional services or solutions in a customer orientated environment
• Be experienced in SaaS, information, data or media sector sales
• Have experience of dealing with senior management (to C-level)
• Be sophisticated and conceptual in your approach with a true farmer mentality
• Possess exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Be educated to degree level (2:1 preferred)

The successful candidate will be offered a base salary circa 40k with a realistic and highly achievable OTE of 60k plus generous benefits and genuine career progression within a fast growing organisation.
