Desktop Support Analyst- City of London – London – £30K + Benefits + Qualification Allowance – Windows
An excellent financial services company based in London are looking for a Desktop Support Analyst to join their IT Team.
The Desktop Support Analyst will be delivering high quality, efficient and compliant 2nd line resolutions to IT incidents and Service Requests in-line with the objectives of the department for desktop services for live production services.
The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with senior stakeholders on a daily basis within the company and be comfortable explaining IT issues to both the IT department and their customers.
The Desktop Support Analyst will have strong 2nd line support experience, installation and troubleshooting windows operating systems, have knowledge of LAN/ WAN technologies and will ideally be MCP/ MCSA certified. It will be advantageous if you will have worked in an ITIL environment or be ITIL Certified.
