Desktop / Server Field Engineer

A growing and dynamic International Automotive Retail business with over 150 UK Dealerships is looking for well presented and communicative field based Support Consultants to look after Desktop/Server infrastructure for Dealerships in the North London and Sussex areas.

We are looking ideally for someone who might be ITIL accredited, Microsoft certified and with a background in 1st/2nd line support looking for progression into a field engineering type position. Experience with either a services company or an end user of a similar size would suit.

Ideally, we’re looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in administration, fault finding/resolutions and management of Citrix Server Tech, Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, IP telephone systems and Virtualisation (WMware) technology. Naturally, the role is customer site based so we’re after a professional attitude, crisp appearance (Automotive retail environments demand this) and good levels of communication.

Driving licence is, of course, a must.
