Salary: £48,000 – £72,000 per year

Field Service Engineer (combustion equipment)

My client is a well established manufacturer of industrial boilers, industrial water heater, Thermal fluid heaters, industrial burners and thermodynamic products.

They currently require a Field Service Engineer with experience of combustion equipment/associated electrical controls and an appreciation of steam applications and distribution systems. Working from home as part of a nationwide team, a full driving licence, flexible attitude and the ability to work without supervision in a customer-driven environment are essential. The role will involve, commissioning, breakdowns and servicing their own equipment. Generally the role will cover around a 50 mile radius of your home. Ideally you will have Gas Safety Certificates including COCN, full training on their equipment will be given.

• The ideal candidate will have sound relevant electro-mechanical and combustion experience, preferably having undertaken a formal apprenticeship and ideally a formal technical qualification.
