The Project:

This really is a once in a lifetime opportunity as no previous experience with stadium design is required! They are building a new 29,600 seat stand with an amazing curved roof. At £120m build cost this is currently onsite and right at the beginning of the project. It includes building a walkway out into the River Thames, managing the logistics of large materials being delivered by boat, and managing cranes located platforms on the river. With a well-known architect, famous for stadium design, this is a top-quality scheme with commercial, retail and a new media centre being created. It also includes reconfiguring access from the other stands with a lot of complex varied packages to manage.
