Job Title: Deputy Manager Part Time

Location: Huddersfield, West Yorkshire

Salary: £26,000per year, Pro rata

Our client is looking for a part-time Deputy Manager to join their charity shop retail team in Huddersfield. You will be working 4 days a week across their 2 shops in Huddersfield supporting their retail shop managers. The salary will be £26,000Pro rata. You will be responsible for managing the shop, achieving sales and profit targets and promoting their ideals ensuring compliance with branch policy.

They operate 8 charity retail and furniture shops that provide the funds to run their animal centre in Halifax.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in general retail or a customer service environment

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to positively influence others

• Self motivated

• Customer focused

Ideally have:

• An eye for fashion, colour and detail

• Experience working with volunteers

• Sympathy for animal welfare and their work
