Deputy Manager

Salary: £38,350 per year

Halcyon have partnered with one of the leading Children’s providers in the UK and is excited to be working with them in their journey to finding a passionate Deputy Manager to support their established team in the Spalding area.

If you’re an experienced Deputy, looking for an organisation that can help you gain your level 5 in Leadership and Management and work closely with you, to become a Registered Manager in the future, then this could be the perfect opportunity. Equally, if you’re a Senior Support Worker that is looking to take a step-up, or a newly promoted Deputy seeking the right training and guidance, then this could be the ideal role for you!

In this role, you will be closely supporting the Registered Manager of this 4-bed home, that currently looks after 4 girls with learning disabilities. The staff team have developed a unique environment, where the girls in their care are offered the best therapeutic care available to help them develop and thrive in their day to day lives. This organisation prides themselves on offering a truly loving and compassionate surrounding for the children in their care and aim to give every child every opportunity possible to make their lives as fulfilling as possible.

In return for your full commitment and dedication to this role and the organisations ethos, you will be offered a very competitive salary of between £38,349.6 and £33,174, which includes 4-8 sleeps a month. You will have 28 day holiday allowance minimum, including bank holidays, as well as other impressive benefits, including, enhanced maternity and paternity pay, life insurance, fully funded training and qualification programmes and more.
