Deputy Manager

My client is looking for an experienced deputy manager for the Borders of Scotland.

The ideal candidate will be a strong and dedicated leader, who is passionate about delivering consistently high levels of care. As the deputy manager, you will need to be a dynamic and proactive individual, with excellent ability to lead and motivate the team. You will ensure the team delivers excellent person centered care by helping each resident enjoy the highest possible quality of life.

Duties will include:

Leading by example to ensure consistently high levels of care are maintained
Deputising in the absence of the manager
Regular care plan and medication audits
Assisting the manager with recruitment
Staff supervision and appraisal

In order to be considered for this role you must:

Hold a current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery council (NMC)
Have sound clinical knowledge
Have experience of working in a similar Managerial role
Have strong leadership qualities
