Deputy Manager

Bluu Bar, situated in the heart of Manchester’s Northern Quarter are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join their creative and expanding group. The role will pay up to £31,200 + bonus alongside outstanding training & Development opportunities.

Bluu Manchester is run as an independent but has the bonus with the support of a much larger company – the best solution. Our bar is perfect for every occasion with a fantastic bar area, a hidden basement and some outside seating for those sunny days. We’re looking for an experienced, ambitious Deputy Manager for our bar. An individual who is looking for a dynamic new challenge, a Deputy Manager with enthusiasm to drive the bar to continue its success. A passionate, positive person who is dedicated, hardworking and strives to be the best.

We’ll be able to the offer our successful Deputy Manager:

– £23,000 – £26,000 experience dependant

Successful candidates will have:

– Be on trend with local events and news

– At least 1 yrs experience at Managers level

– Experience of an independent or high street branded bar

– Passion for the bar industry

– Creativity for business ideas

– Stock management

– Great communication skills

– To be ambitious and proactive

– Maintaining a focus on providing great drinks, food and service

Successful Deputy Manager candidates will need to possess drive, enthusiasm and be able to demonstrate a real passion for great food and drink. They need to have high operational standards, an eye for detail and a passion for great customer service. Alongside all of the above they will need to be able to inspire their teams to constantly deliver an experience that will keep customers coming back time and time again.
