Asbestos Surveyor – P402 – South East

This client that enjoys a good reputation in providing various professional asbestos and environmental services to high profile clients across the country is currently seeking for versatile and competent Asbestos Surveyor in the South East and will include applications from London, Surrey, Kent and the Home Counties.

Qualifications & Experience:

The applicant must possess the Asbestos P402 or the equivalent – RSPH certificate, and must have a proven track record working within this role and within the asbestos industry.

Will have good communication skills, both written and verbal and at the same time must have good knowledge of the Health and Safety procedures appertaining to asbestos and have the ability to work independently.

Key Tasks:

Carrying out asbestos Management, and Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on various properties including commercial and residential properties.

Producing comprehensive asbestos reports as and when required.

Building a good rapport with clients from all levels.

In general, the successful post-holder will be flexible, have good work ethic and have the ability to prioritize and complete work within time line.
