Depot Manager

My client is seeking a Depot Manager to lead a growing team of 24 on a newly established depot in the Washington are. Working within a fast paced environment, duties will include –

Stock integrity
Ensuring an excellent level of customer service is delivered
Managing a team of 24, which will eventually grow to around 50
Arranging staff training
Managing picking orders
Delegating tasks to Supervisors
Organising van runs
Monitoring of staff performance
Ensuring health and safety is adhered toThe successful candidate will have previous experience within a similar role. Candidates from a Warehouse Management background will also be considered. A full driving licence is essential.

Based in Washington – £26,000 + monthly bonus
