7am-7pm 4on 4off
£28,200annual salary

My client is looking for a well presented and highly efficient Day Concierge with previous concierge experience to efficiently and professionally provide permanent front of house cover for a high end development based in Croydon – South London, whilst providing a safe, secure and well-maintained environment.

Main Responsibilities:

* Handling and resolving queries from residents
* Walking around the entire estate each day and notifying Property Manager of any specific problems that require attention
* Checking all internal/external lighting etc daily and changing bulbs as required
* Testing mechanical, emergency and other systems weekly and keeping a log as required
* Keeping management store in a clean and tidy condition
* Regularly monitoring CCTV
* Light cleaning duties as necessary
* Assisting residents with deliveries and holding keys for residents
* Keeping a diary of all works and visits
* To undertake cleaning as required
* To ensure all general telephone enquiries are dealt with

Successful candidates MUST have previous experience in a similar position, good command of the English language and knowledge of general maintenance and Health & Safety requirements. A friendly, professional attitude to service provision and the ability to resolve complaints effectively is essential.
