Database Developer

I am seeking a highly skilled and experienced Database Developer, to be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our clients company databases to ensure optimal performance and functionality.

Responsibilities:
– Designing, developing, and implementing database solutions using T-SQL and other related technologies.
– Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements for database development.
– Creating and managing database tables, views, stored procedures, and functions.
– Troubleshooting and resolving database performance issues.
– Developing and maintaining data integration processes between various systems.
– Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security within the databases.
– Monitoring database performance and providing recommendations for improvement.
– Collaborating with the IT team to implement database changes and enhancements.
– Continuously staying up-to-date with emerging database technologies and trends.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
– Proven experience as a Database Developer or a similar role.
– Strong proficiency in T-SQL and database development tools.
– Experience with Snowflake, MSBI-SSRS/SSIS, Power BI-DAX, Azure Cloud, Excel-VBA, and automation.
– Certifications in Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst, Azure Data fundamentals, or Snowflake Data Engineer.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
– Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
