Graduate / Lease Administrator

Salary: £28,800 per year

Large British retail group are looking for a Lease Administrator graduate to join their in-house team.

After a successful year, the organisation are looking to grow their team of 3 Surveyors and 1 Administrator.

There will be a constant workflow as leases last on average 2 years for existing contracts and plans to expand by over 40 sites in 2021. The role will focus on renegotiating rents, acquisitions, evaluating portfolio, advising on market changes, assisting with estate management duties.

This is a great opportunity for a candidate who has recently completed a degree in real estate, valuations or a similar vocation. There is also the opportunity to become RICS Chartered as they can provide training for this. There is a lot of potential to grow within this company.

Experience and qualifications required:

Recently graduated from a RICS accredited degree within real estate, valuations or similar.
Have 2 years experience within lease advisory, or within a landlord and tenant or leasing team
Experience within acquisitions
Full drivers license Remuneration:

Salary of £28,800DOE
Generous bonus system
Travel to London and other cities
