Salary: £52,800 – £55,200 per year

Shift Maintenance Engineer – Critical Data Centre – Hayes, Berkshire
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Data Centre Shift Maintenance Engineer within one of the fastest growing divisions of this industry leading critical services provider.
The successful candidate will provide technical support that is required to maintain and monitor the building services infrastructure of a Data Centre.
Job Specification:
* Responding to any reactive and the planned maintenance to plant throughout the Data Centre.
* Monitoring the BMS and provide appropriate responses upon alarm activations.
* Strong understanding of LV and HV electrical systems, data hall cooling/humidity, BMS systems monitoring, UPS, generator systems, electrical installation and safe systems of work.
* Ensure strong communication to the client and management team.
* Manage workload accordingly
* Carry out works in accordance to health and safety procedures
Salary & Package:
* £52,800 – £55,200 Per Annum + Annual Bonus
* Continental Shift | 7 – 7 | Days & Nights
* Overtime Rates at x2.0
* 20 Days Annual Leave, Private Healthcare
* Pension, Training and Career Progression
The Person:
* City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
* Competent High Voltage knowledge
* Current HV-AP (Desirable)
* Demonstrate strong communication and people skills
* Able to write report and carry out quotes.
