Data Analyst

Salary: £39,600 – £43,200 per year

A highly respected Not for Profit organisation are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to support them on data specific technical projects in order to massively improve data services across the business. This role can be majority remote working with a requirement to attend the client’s head office based in the East Midlands once a week.

Your duties will include performing statistical analysis, data mining and retrieval processes on a large amount of data to identify trends, producing actionable insights and other relevant information. You will also develop the use of data from reporting to predictive modelling and work closely with colleagues across the organisation to build understanding of data and systems, with the aim to deliver powerful insights from available and new data streams, that will enable the business to effectively manage their resources and meet objectives.

Essential Skills:

• A successful commercial track record as a data analyst
• Demonstrable experience of SQL & SSRS
• Power BI 
• Experience of creating complex SQL functions and procedures
• Writing  complex SQL management reports
• Producing web based dashboards
• Supporting data migration
• Data optimisation
• Working with/manipulating large datasets
