Salary: £15.6 – £16.8 per hour

Title: Customer Support Representative

Location: Bracknell – 3 days in office and 2 days working from home

Rate: £13.73

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 2 months minimum

Our client based in Bracknell are looking for an office-based Customer Service Representative to join their team on a full-time basis.

The successful candidate will be an experienced customer service professional with excellent administrative and order processing skills.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensure all customer orders are processed and dispatched in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Work with third-party logistics partners to ensure that all collections and deliveries are On Time and In Full
  • Liaise closely with other departments to ensure that new accounts are set up accurately and delivery promises are satisfied
  • Build close working relationships with the Sales team to ensure that excellent customer service is always provided
  • Work to deadlines and complete KPI’s
  • Accurately process customer invoices and sales orders on the system
  • Communicating progress to the customer appropriately and in a timely manner
  • Maintain accuracy of data within ERP Sales Order System

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience within FMCG
  • Previous experience processing sales order
  • Exceptional administrative and organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload and conflicting deadlines within a fast-paced environment
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Strong analytical & numerical skills
  • Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Solid IT skills, including MS Office applications
