Offering a unique portfolio of office services and products, our client, a UK leader, is on the lookout for a Customer Services Executive to join their Workplace Solutions Division.

As a Customer Services Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound telephone calls for workplace and workwear related requirements from both internal staff and external customers.

Providing an exceptional level of customer service, you will seek to build strong relationships with customers in order to influence positive selling decisions. You’ll work closely with BDMs within the division to assist with the implementation of business wins and ensure clients are satisfied.

Working in close collaboration with colleagues, customers and suppliers, you will remain professional and courteous at all times and maintain an awareness of the key objectives of improving services, sales and profitability.

Additionally, your duties will include:

– Ensuring any requested customer reports are set up correctly and accurately
– Creating and updating new customer or supplier contract files
– Utilising our client’s electronic ordering and template systems to reduce admin and enhance efficiency

To be considered, you must have excellent customer service skills. Equally important is your strong customer focus and exceptional communication skills.

As a Customer Service Executive, you must possess a first class telephone manner and plenty of initiative. A ‘can do’ approach and high degree of flexibility are also key.
