Salary: £26,000 – £28,800 per year
Well established expanding corporation is seeking a CUSTOMER SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR
Job Role:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing a first class customer service, duties will include but not be limited to:
Marketing insurance products pr to general public via inquiries interest
Dealing with customer letters and telephone calls
Dealing with and to organise mid-term adjustments
Issuing new Policies
Dealing with renewals
Generating new business via telephone, mail shots, email and fax.
Organise incentive schemes for customers and clients
Dealing with general administration in line with FSA regulations
Organise, monitor and reviewing members of staff throughout the day
Training and supervising staff
Compiling business letters, emails and faxes in line with the FSA regulations
Marketing insurance products
Implementing, reviewing, changing and improving procedures
Setting up and cancelling direct debits using iBAC’s
Collecting and refunding premiums via iBAC’s
Managing various projects
Providing insurance cover details to companies that have an interest in the Policy
Receiving and issuing payments via cheques
Monitoring the intake of new, existing and recently cancelled Polices
Compiling reports using Excel & further use of MS Office Applications.
Inputting claims information onto the in-house(Filemaker Pro) system Personal Attributes:
The ideal candidate will ideally be educated to degree level, possess excellent (written and verbal) communication skills.
Fairly recent degree educated GRADUATES (or possessing equivalent qualifications) ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY
You will possess strong customer focus.
Must possess a confident, clear telephone manner.
Only candidates with some background/track record within HOME INSURANCE WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE.
Must possess the ability to multi-task in a busy environment without compromising on accuracy and attention to detail.
Good working knowledge of MS office systems, particularly Excel, ideally Filemaker Pro
Candiates living within an easily commutable distancc from the Richmond upon Thames will be given a priority.
