Customer Services Support

CJE Resourcing is recruiting on behalf of a client seeking a Customer Service Support Assistant

This is a great opportunity to join and help shape service offerings of a team focussing on customers in the UK and Ireland. The team currently consists of 5 staff but is expected to grow significantly in the coming years.

Job Specification

Responsible for answering all incoming calls; were appropriate these will be passed on to other departments such as sales and accounts & admin.

Guiding customers through a fault finding process in order to identify potential faults and thereafter recommending appropriate solutions.

Handling of customer complaints to satisfactory resolution
Sales processing of service and spares orders

Assisting with the managing of all deliveries (new products and spares) to customers in the UK & Ireland through a combination of own transport and 3rd party carriers.

Assisting with the managing of a field based service team that will cover repairs in and outside of warranty.

Proactive up selling to existing installed user base including accessories, service and extended warranty contracts and replacement couches.

Skills

Strong customer service ethos
Good telephone manner
Methodical and tenacious approach to problem solving
Ability to cope and stay calm under pressure
Commercially aware
Team player
good organisational skills
conversant with the use of MS Office and sales order processing software (desirable)
IT Support skills highly desirable but not essential
