The company, based in Pershore are on the up and going through some exciting changes and therefore, have a new vacancy within the business.

What we are looking for from a Customer Service Supervisor:

• To be flexible within your work and how you manage people
• To be a positive person and able to motivate others well
• To jump on board and help with all of the changes the company are experiencing for the better and offer support and ideas
• To be a good communicator on multi-platforms.
• A can-do attitude and ability to problem solve and think on your feet
• You must have solid administration skills and be able to use Microsoft programs
• Experience with Sage 200 or Sage X3

The role of Customer Service Supervisor:

• To supervise the customer service team
• To train and teach your team to improve their performance
• To conduct appraisals and reviews
• Communicate with other departments regarding the customer service issues
• To attend meetings and training as the company needs
• To provide a high level of customer service and lead by example to your team
• To keep accurate records and paperwork for your team and for the department.

Important Information for the Customer Service role:

• Working Monday to Friday days
• A 37.5-hour working week
