The Company:
Our client is a fast-growing British company

Main duties:
To be responsible for excellent Customer Service and to provide outstanding Service experience.

The Role:
– To provide excellent customer support to Spanish and Italian customers
– To process customer queries and orders via telephone, email and social media
– To communicate with customers overseas and handle complaints
– To liaise with other departments and with suppliers
– To update customers details accurately on the system
– To handle social media campaigns
– To frequently advise the company for translation

The Candidate:
– Fluent in English
– Fluent in Spanish and Italian is essential (written and spoken)
– Previous experience in Customer Service is desirable but not essential
– Experience with Social Media
– Excellent communication skills and interest in Customer Service
– Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
– Excellent communication skills
– IT literate (Excel)
