An amazing opportunity has arisen working within a vibrant and professional local office.

The duties as a Customer Service Representative will include:

* Logging incoming complaints and feedback from Customers
* Liaise with departments to resolve queries
* Deal with all inbound correspondence via phone and email
* Type letters to customers with regards to complaints.
* Respond to customer complaints through Social Media.
