Customer Service Coordinator

Salary: £31,200 – £36,000 per year

Title: Customer Service Coordinator

Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 (subject to experience)

Location: Staines

Contract: Full time, 15-month FTC (Monday to Thursday 8:30am-5:15pm, Friday 8:30am-4pm)

We are looking for a pro-active candidate with excellent communication skills to provide customers with an efficient and high level of customer service.

You will need to be system savvy with the ability to manage and prioritise your workload to be successful in this position.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with customers, and other company contacts to ensure that reports are resolved in a timely and efficient manner within the agreed timescales and relevant KPI’s
• Effectively manage customer expectations and deliver excellent customer service
• Ensure escalation of complaints and queries are processed
• Manage and maintain the customer service database
• Maintain cost control and follow in house procedures to process expenses, purchase ordering and payment requests
• Monitor sub-contractor performance and report as required to Customer Service Manager

Experience and Qualifications:

• Exceptional administrative and organisational skills including the ability to prioritise workload
• Self-driven with a positive outlook
• Clear focus on exceptional customer service
• Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
• Excellent team player
• Good PC skills including Microsoft office, previous experience of Salesforce system would be an advantage but not essential
