Through a sustained period of growth, we now have a vacancy for an experienced, driven, proactive and dynamic Customer Services Manager to join our Service Delivery Team.
You will proactively and diligently manage the service delivery team. You will ensure everyday we are driving to be the best through mentoring, coaching, feedback and delivering on KPIs. You will work closely with the Service Manager to ensure our engineering teams are working effectively and efficiently and drive this through the planning of your service delivery team.
You will review, manage, and improve the performance through appraisals, side by side coaching, measuring of forecast versus actuals and ensuring team understand the shared goals and individual objectives.
We are looking for a custodian of all thing’s customer service – covering their whole journey and experience from the point they are handed to your team. You will proactively contact customers to ensure we are meeting their needs and exceeding expectations. We want our customers to be totally engaged with us and refer us as the only supplier for all critical power needs.
The person; essential criteria:
- Proven experience of customer service delivery
- Experienced people manager
- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate at all levels
- Confident in interrogating data and reporting on findings to variety of audiences
- Proven ability of identifying continuous improvements and translating these into practise
- Microsoft office proficient
- Resilient with an excellent sense of humour
