Our client based in Bromley, are looking for talented Customer Service Associate to join their exciting, progressive company on a temporary basis.
They are looking for driven candidates who are able to work as part of a successful team.
This role would suit candidates from an Insurance, Financial Services or Customer Service background. As well as any other industry that is heavily regulated.
The Role:
• Answer enquiries whether received by telephone or e-mail
• Carry out identity verification checks
• Work towards Key Performance Indicators
• Keep customer records up to date
• Complaint handling and escalation
The Candidate:
• A – C grade in Maths and English is desired
• Exceptional telephone manner
• PC literate
