Frontline Customer Service Advisors

Industria Personnel Services are a recruitment agency advertising on behalf of a client based near Ashby De La Zouch, Leicestershire who are seeking Frontline Customer Service Advisors

Dealing with Inbound calls helping customers with their enquiries and looking for a first call resolution.
The type of calls would be:
Booking a collection

Tracking a parcel
Doing quotes
Initial customer complaints

Typically you would be expected to receive 120 calls per day with an average handling time of 2.5 minutes.

The successful candidate will:

* Have previous Customer Service Experience or have worked in a call centre /switchboard type role previously
* have exceptional customer Service and a professional telephone manner
* Can communicate with all members of the team and customer supply base.

In return our client is offering a annual salary of £26,000per year based on an ongoing temporary –basis.

The hours would be a 9hr day with an hour lunch. The shifts would range from 07.00 – 16.00 through to 11.00 – 20.00.

The successful candidate would be expected to work 1 in 3 Saturdays and the hours are 08.00 – 17.00 and 09.00 – 18.00

A full week’s training course will be given.
