Salary: £26,000 per year
CK Group are recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator to join a global healthcare provider to hospitals, clinics and homes, based in Oxford on a on a contract basis for 12 months.

Location:
This Customer Service Coordinator role will be based at our clients site in Oxford.
Salary:
£26,000 per year.
Customer Service Coordinator Role:
Data entry of received orders on to company systems.
Data review of entered orders on to company systems.
Fielding customer calls; ETA delivery time queries, technical queries (for further escalation), customer complaints (potentially for further escalation.
Invoice processing.
Dispatch of finished products; booking of couriers, packing of goods and handing-over goods to couriers.
Your Background:
Previous experience within customer service (or a customer facing role).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience in data entry would be beneficial.
Availability to be on site 5 days a week is essential.
