We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator role working for an international company based in South Leeds. The role is a fast paced role which will involve a variety of customer service, administration and order processing activities. We are looking for a candidate with strong customer service and administration experience and with excellent organisational skills.

Your duties will include:

• Placing telephone orders from customers directly on to computerised system, including pricing and availability.
• Working closely to manage the workload in the Service Department including the tracking of all repairs from arrival through to despatch and keeping the customer advised at each stage.
• Dealing with all telephone calls associated from customers, sales team and other colleagues, dealing with enquiries or forwarding to appropriate members of staff in an efficient and polite manner
• Answering customer queries regarding prices and stock availability
• Answering customer queries regarding expected return of service orders
• Inputting orders on to computerised system from faxes, telephone, e-mail, website, or from sales generated from the sales representatives
• Inputting returns and allocating return numbers,
• Raising invoices as required
• Undertaking credit adjustments and crediting customers account
• Raising order confirmations and issuing to customers when required
• Checking back-orders on a daily basis and clearing them where possible

Experience/skills required:

• Solid customer service and administration experience
• Excellent communication skills and outgoing personality
• Able to start work immediately
• Confident communicator
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organisational skills
