£26,000 per year temporary rate for 12 weeks Permanent Salary: £26,000 depending on experience if successful at 12 weeks. Benefits include 25 days holidays (plus statutory bank holidays), contributory pension scheme and free parking

Are you an experienced Customer Service professional, able to offer exceptional customer service to clients?

Working as part of a team you will be providing a great service to clients following completion of the sales process.

Keeping them updated throughout the process as part of their warranty and ensuring high levels of communication at all times.

In this varied role your day could consist of speaking to sub contractors, other departments and clients directly. Organising documentation, arranging the completion of snag lists and setting up welcome meetings as part of the new homes process.

If you take pride in your excellent customer service ability and have experience in a client focused role we would love to hear from you. Candidates with a property, construction or building background would appeal however this industry experience is not essential.
