Salary: £26,000 per year
Would you like to use your mainstream European language (ideally French) but other languages considered as a Customer Service Representative.
Initially working Monday – Friday (the company does have plans for this team to work weekends as well so you must be happy to do that) 8am – 4.30pm or 10.30am – 7.00pm -37 hours a week.
The role involves:
– answering incoming telephone calls
– placing customer orders
– answering customer online chats
– answering customer emails
You would be working in a lively team of 15 and we are looking for someone who enjoys offering excellent customer service and who is IT literate.
