Hours: Full Time
Job Type: Up to 1 year contract
Data entry of received orders on to Baxter systems
2. Data review of entered orders on to Baxter systems
3. Fielding customer calls; ETA delivery time queries, technical queries (for further escalation), customer complaints (potentially for further escalation
4. Invoice processing
5. Other office related activities
6. Dispatch of finished products; booking of couriers, packing of goods and handing-over goods to couriers
Requirements:
1. At least 1 year of previous experience within customer service (or a customer facing role)
2. English fluent
3. Experience in data entry is a very big plus!
4. Availability to be on site 5 days a week
