Based in: Knowsley
Salary: £26,000per year to £26,000 per year – Dependant on age
Hours: Must be available for working mornings, afternoons and evenings – 5 days over 7 days – will include working weekends
About the company:
Our client based in Knowsley is an established independent mail order company looking for experienced please apply a permanent basis with immediate starts available.
About the role:
* Will be working in a busy call centre environment
* Answering incoming telephone calls from customers
* Taking orders from customers over the phone
* Recording information accurately onto the company system
* Help keep the site clean and tidy
* Keep to health and safety rules on site
Experience desired:
* Previous call centre experience
* Inbound/Outbound sales
* Customer service
