Customer Service Agent

Office Angels are working with a well known transport company based in East London, they are currently looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Agent to join their friendly transport department.

This role will require excellent customer service experience, someone who is happy dealing with customers face to face and via the telephone, and is computer literate

This is an ongoing temporary position with a chance to go permanent offering between £26,000 per year for the first 3 months

General Duties:

– Being the face of the office, meeting and greeting clients and visitors

– Answering the telephone in a professional manner

– Dealing with general enquiries complaints

– Booking in services and MOT’s

– Ensuring company systems is kept updated daily

– Meeting customers expectations and providing excellent customer service at all times

The ideal applicant will have the ability to perform well under pressure and have excellent administration and customer service skills. Some experience within the vehicle industry would be proffered however this is not essential
