Customer Service Advisers

Salary: £14.36 per hour

We are recruiting for Customer Service Advisers that have a minimum of 2 years commercial customer service experience that are able to commit to a 6 month booking..

What you will be doing:

• Dealing with all enquiries relating to our clients products (full training will be given)
• Managing inbound calls, liaising with customers, stakeholders, and setting expectations with regards to their requirements.
• Making out going calls to customers and stakeholders

Experience required:

• Exceptional telephony customer service skills and experience of both inbound and outbound calls.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with others.
• A good understanding of GDPR.
• Experienced working with SLA’s and KPI’s.
• Excellent Microsoft Office system skills.

You will be given full training and will be required to work within our clients office based in Bedford for the first 4 weeks. You will then be able to work from home if you wish but you must be flexible as you may have to attend the office when required. Our client will furnish you with the equipment required to undertake your role.
