Customer Service Advisor (Evening, Weekends & Bank Holidays)

We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Executive to work for our clients on a Permanent basis for our clients just outside of Taunton. This role will involve working evenings, bank holidays and Saturdays and Sundays on a rota shift pattern.

The main duties of the role will include providing cover to the companies core clients along with emergency clients in providing an out of working hours service

Covering emergency works for the clients and stakeholders
Providing phone cover for the out of hours service
providing the ability for the operations department to contact people outside of the normal working day
Ensuring claims received out of the normal working hours are on the systems and called within SLA’s
Promoting business to the clients

Complying with KPI’s
You will need to have the ability to build strong working relationships with others, ability to remain focused during extremely busy periods, and the ability to use common work based IT packages
You will be working within a small out of hours team.

Due to the location of the business you will require access to transport in order to get to the company.

Hours 4 on 4 off shifts over evenings, weekends and bank holidays
17.00 to 20.30 Monday to Friday
08.30 to 20.30 Saturday to Sunday.
08.30 to 20.30 Bank Holidays

On average you will work 20.6 hours a week on the following 4 day on and 4 day off shift pattern.

If your shift falls on a bank holiday or weekend you would work 8:30-20:30 as the company are open all year round.
Evening hours are 17:30-20:30 Monday- Friday

Salary: £26,000per year.00 per year.
