Customer Service Advisor required – Hales Group are looking for a Customer Service Advisor for their Newmarket based client.
You will act as the first point of contact for appointed clients and will liaise between them and other departments including sales and development teams. You will oversee collections and keep clients informed on any delays/issues. You will monitor the production of timely reports, maintain and update databases, send out written correspondence where necessary, ensuring a high level of attention to detail at all times. You will establish strong client relationships through consistent and successful application of the above duties and will comply with all health and safety requirements of your role.
The successful candidate will have a customer service background, confident communication skills and an excellent eye for detail.
