Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £26,000 per year

Our client is a market leader in the Online Property Sector.

They have a newly created role – so this is your chance to make a role your own.

You must be used to making a large volume of out going calls – but these are easy quick calls so if you have the experience you will handle these with ease.

This is a home based role – eventually it will be 50% home based and 50% in the office but that will not be until much later in 2021 – possibly even 2022.

They are looking for someone who is bright and personable with good customer service phone experience who can handle a large volume of outbound calls each day – and still be smiling at the end of the day!

Your work will support the Property Sales Consultants – and they are very much looking forward to this support – so you will be appreciated.

You be a natural on the phone – a really good communicator with a very personable manner and you will have good admin skills too.

Your role will be:

Calling a large database of B2C clients – all warm leads

You will be contacting customers who have made an enquiry then the sales team have not been able to reach them.

You will be required to take basic information during the call.

Calls will then be transferred to one of the Property Sales Consultants or a scheduled call back made at a suitable time for the client.

No late nights here – It’s Monday to Friday and 2 Saturday mornings a month.
