Customer Service Advisor

The Role

Acorn is recruiting on behalf of our client, a national company based in Cardiff, we are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our client’s growing team.

Responsibilities

* To provide excellent customer service to all external and internal customers
* To aim for first time resolution for all our callers
* To provide an efficient service when dealing with the registering of all New Patients
* To process all orders with 100% accuracy
* To ensure the answer machine is monitored throughout the day
* To monitor customer feedback and report back to supervisor / CCM
* To effectively deal with any telephone complaints received taking accountability to ensure the resolution
* To fully support the Outbound Team by dealing with the Inbound calls as priority
* To ensure compliance with the Company Quality Policy
* Ensure Data Protection and confidentiality is maintained at all times
* Any other duties deemed reasonable and necessary by management

The Candidate

* Customer service skills
* Strong communication skills, both written and oral
* To be able to work in a team environment
* The ability to learn new skills quickly and attention to detail is a must
* Time management
* Previous knowledge of SAGE or similar packages would be an advantage
* Strong understanding of all Microsoft Packages
* Working in a fast paced customer service environment
* Use to dealing with large call volumes, both inbound and outbound
* Experience of managing telephony duties with administration tasks
* Has knowledge of working towards service level agreements and time boundaries
* Experience in relating to all generations, putting the customer at the heart of the journey

Benefits

* Monday – Friday working hours (8:30 – 5 pm)
* Paying a basic salary of up to £26,000a year (£2k Annual bonus also available on top of basic salary)
