Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-8pm. Saturday and Sunday 9am-5.30pm
Full Training: 2 weeks Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm
Salary: £26,000per year
Location: Gateshead

I am currently Recruiting for an enthusiastic Inbound Customer Service Advisor to work on behalf of a Student Loan company.
The role as an Inbound Customer Service Advisor is an exciting opportunity for candidates who simply love to talk and help customers. If you have experience working in a call centre or face to face customer service, I want to hear from you!

The ability to build good rapport with Customers.
The ability to handle customers with empathy.
The ability to listen and understand a customers needs.

What you will be doing as an Inbound Customer service Advisor:

Taking Inbound calls
Check Student Account details
Updating current Account details
Checking Application progression
Returning Items and provide relevant information
