Customer Service Adviser
Company:

Role:
* Supporting the external sales team the Customer Service Adviser will be handling telephone and email enquiries from customers and clients
* You will have close interaction with the warehouse and stock manager as you will need to advise customers on availability of products
* The Customer Service Adviser will manage customer expectations, handle incoming orders and also provide quotations for new products depending on what the client wants
Personal Specification:
* Several years experience working in a customer service position will be ideal for the role
* Experience in a similar industry is not necessary but will be an advantage
* A keen enthusiastic person who is looking to progress in their career will be successful in this company
