Customer Accounts Administrator

This is an exciting opportunity to join our clients Lettings Support Centre as a Customer Accounts Administrator. You will be providing legal administrative and client account support; receiving inbound and making outbound calls from/to our new and existing customers, in addition to the retail branch network. It will be your role to make sure each customer is afforded the best possible service, by identifying their needs, and delivering the elite experience that clients have come to expect. You will follow procedures to ensure that as a company and department, we continue to comply with all regulatory, financial and core operational system requirements.

Responsibilities

– Work within defined legal policies, company quality criteria and comply with guidelines for operating client accounts, when using systems and processing documentation.
– Deal with administrative and/or accounting enquiries, in an efficient and timely manner.
– Ensure all documentation and correspondence produced from our in-house system is checked for accuracy before processing.
– To attend and participate in team meetings and briefings as required.

Requirements

Previous accounting experience or AAT qualification is desirable but not essential.

– Be flexible and adaptable to changes in legal policies and company quality criteria when required.
– Retain proven customer service experience, demonstrating clear and precise written and verbal communication skills.
– Display an aptitude to learn and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
– Educated to a minimum of grade C GCSE level or equivalent in English and mathematics.
– PC literate including all Microsoft office packages.
– Educated to AAT accountancy level or equivalent.
