6 Month Contract (Opportunities are available for permanent positions)

We currently have an opportunity for a motivated and Customer focussed team player to join a global leading building services and facilities management company based in Hitchin. The position is initially covering maternity for 6 months, however opportunities for the right person to secure a permanent position, will be available.

Your duties will include:

* Providing a single point of contact to the Customers, to fully understand their accounts and status

* Taking responsibility for the smooth running of your Customers’ accounts

* Providing updates on current or upcoming works to customers

* Communicating regularly to ensuring all queries, requests, complaints or comments are dealt with effectively and in a timely manner

* Providing reports with requested information and data, to both customers and management when required

* Maintain all service level agreements and ensure they are met to the highest of standards

* Send any invoices and billing information out to customers

* Keep the internal computer system and customer portals accurately updated

* Attending customer service reviews if and when required

You will need the following experience:

* Previous Customer Service or Account Management experience is ideal

* Office-based knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Outlook etc), and internal computer systems will be required

* Excellent communication both verbally and in writing is essential

* Have a confident & professional approach to dealing with customers, colleagues and management at all times

* Be able to build strong working relationships quickly

* Have strong organisational skills including management of your own workload and customers’ requirements
