Salary: £44,400 – £45,600 per year
Graduate Customer Relationship Manager
Graduate Customer Relationship Managert main function is to engage with clients to gain further insight in terms of their existing contact centre operational estate, with a particular focus around the customer journeys that exist, and how these can be enhanced to drive higher CX rates.
The key deliverables, critical for effective performance e.g. customer satisfaction, and a brief description of why it is important
Self-motivated, team player, with the ability to ensure individual and team targets are achieved.
Excellent verbal and written communication, including solid presentation skills.
Effective self-management, organisation and time management skills.
Tenacious attention to detail.
A strong internal and external customer service focus.
Ability to pro-actively identify and utilise the resources available to them to identify opportunities to improve existing customer journeys.
Has a passion for technology and a willingness to drive their learning
Intuitive approach to understand how technology can help to underpin business outcomes.
Analytical approach that results in data led decision making.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF Graduate Customer Relationship Manager
Continuously develop understanding of key products and technology relevant to our services.
Remain aware of industry developments.
Illustrate business advantage of our products and services to customers.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them to leverage our technology to gain a competitive advantage in their vertical
How technology can be leveraged to drive operational efficiency or underpin business outcomes
Degree Educated 2:1 or Above, with A Levels A-C grades or Btec EQVL.
As this role is tasked with building close relationships with customers, there is an expectation to spend time at customer premises. This will likely require a driving licence and use of a private car. Opportunity led work for large deals will result in some peaks of workload, for which the jobholder must remain flexible, and have the ability to travel to other international locations.
