Bench have an exciting opportunity for an experience CRM Project Manager, you will be based within one of our partner businesses, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of small and large projects.
The Project Manager will help identify, pursue, and close strategic business opportunities while continually driving add-on business within existing accounts. To accomplish this, the Project Manager must be excellent in developing key relationships. The successful candidate will help translate business requirements into technology requirements for inclusion in contracts and/or statements of work.

The Project Manager will be accountable for the delivery and implementation of CRM solutions. The Project Manager’s work is crucial in the areas of Functional Design, Requirement Analysis, Process Mapping, Workflow Development, acquiring and disseminating Product Expertise, End User Training, Management Information and interfaces to/from CRM.

We will value applicants with in-depth knowledge of software solutions like Salesforce, MSDynamics and SugarCRM.

Skills and knowledge required
– Project Implementation Management
– To manage and control the production of implementation Project Plans and sub-plans
– To report on any variances to Project Plans and propose rescheduling of plans as necessary
– To manage the collection of the customers’ requirements via meetings, online meetings, phone calls and other standard communication methods.
– To ensure that the project does not deviate from initial specs, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
– To ensure that the project generates the desired revenue and margins
– Process Mapping, Workflow and Functionality Development 
– To document process mapping workshops for the customer’s key CRM processes
– To define the processes and test that the application executes the processes successfully. 
– To define and document the CRM Management Information requirements
– To test the production of management Information reports.
– To analyse clients challenges and conceptualize solutions based on the available technologies
– To define the interface requirements between our solutions and other applications
– To design the user cases and UAT models 
– To test the interfaces developed
– To manage the delivery and compliance of all established PM methodology
