Salary: £26,000 per year
A long standing Mayfair based real estate and development company with a great reputation in the build to rent sector are actively looking for a Senior Project / Development Manager.
Role
* Assist the Development Director in delivering their £1bn+ PRS pipeline.
* To act as Client Project Manager managing projects through the full development cycle – with particular emphasis on RIBA Stages 3 – 7.
* Create and maintain Client programme and cost budgets.
* Collation of employer’s requirements, managing tender processes, team novation and contract administration.
* Managing the value engineering process and advising on contractor / construction related issues throughout.
Ideal candidates will have:
* MAPM, RICS or PRINCE qualified with a minimum of 8 years experience.
* Successful delivery experience of multi unit, residential & fit out projects.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Microsoft Project experience essential.
