CRM Business Analyst to work for a major Financial Services organisation. Our customer is the industry leader in providing financial service products to the public sector and due to growth they are now seeking a Business Analyst to lead work on their transformation programme based in Staffordshire.
The nature of the role will be to act as a lead for the Business analysis for the CRM application and supporting their systems and process through business change. Engage in prioritisation and problem-solving with business and technical resources to deliver robust solutions as quickly as possible. Consult with stakeholders to determine and document business, functional and technical requirements for specified applications you will Provide input to IT Technical Analysts and Developers to help them test and define the feasibility of appropriate defined business solutions.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned CRM Business Analyst, who has proven experience in leading Business Analysis within change or transformation environment. Able to demonstrate a clear understanding of CRM principles and practice, with proven experience of shaping and delivering CRM solutions (people, processes and systems) to effect business change/transformation Ideally from a financial services background.
