Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 per year

Title: Credit Collection Specialist

Salary: £30,000-£35,000

Location: Bracknell

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time Hybrid (4 days Office / 1 day remote)

My client is looking for someone who is proactive in their approach to managing key accounts and is not afraid to chase payments. This candidate should have excellent communications skills and be willing to join an already established team and will be the 2nd to the Credit Control Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with the sales force and leasing/credit partners across the wider business
• Achieve overdue recovery targets through a proactive, structured and methodical approach to ensure that no stone is left unturned
• Proactively manage customer accounts whereby you can ensure the timely collection of past due balances
• Contacting both customers/clients by phone, email, or mail regarding their accounts and whether they are up to date with past due accounts
• Reconciliation and resolution of complex accounts
• Manage stopped accounts up to litigation

Skills and Experience:

• Prior experience within a similar role
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• To be a team player
• Prior experience in using CRM management systems such as Salesforce (is advantageous)
• Prior Knowledge of ERP systems and database functionalities (SAP is Advantageous)
• Able to build and maintain relationships
