To be there for our customers is a full-time commitment, but without the mundane 9-5 constraints. You will need a great way with people, strong drive and an organised approach to work. Your own car and smart phone or tablet are essential kit, as once you are up and running, we will give you a special app that cuts out all the paperwork and leaves you free to do what you do best… And that’s having exceptional customer service skills and the ability to provide our customers with the collections and service they require.

You will grow your Agency by building relationships with customers through providing a great service, and we’ll go out of our way to help you succeed with a structured induction as well as ongoing training. You will get to know our customers as you manage their loan collections weekly, as well as meet potential new customers through sales leads provided to you by Provident, as well as generated by yourself, to help give you the opportunity to build and develop your Agency. You will visit the local Branch once a week for your on-going support and training, but the rest of your time is yours to organise flexibly around yours and our customer’s needs.
